S&S Co. ships nationally. All orders are shipped from Eastern Cape in South Africa using Fastway Couriers unless otherwise arranged.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days, with the exclusion of custom items. You will be sent an email notification on order dispatch. All orders placed in South African Rands (ZAR) are processed via Payfast .
- We offer express shipping via courier service on all orders
- Shipping is FREE for all orders over R500
- For orders under R500 the value of shipping is R69
- For Orders in Jeffreys Bay, we offer a free pick up option from our home studio.

Our items are handcrafted and individually made with love and care. While every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products, we offer both returns and exchanges on all regular priced products.
- Requests for refund/exchange must made within 14 days of delivery to email@example.com with the original order number as a reference. We will respond with the relevant shipping information and a Return Authorization Number for tracking purposes
- Your original order will be refunded once the item is received along with its original packaging and shows no sign of use or wear and tear
- Sales items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was shipped incorrectly due to direct error by S&S Co. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender. Goods need to be shipped to Jeffreys Bay, EC, South Africa via a courier service of your choice in order to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for items lost on return shipment.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

If you break a beloved Sea & Soul Co. item and would like to have it repaired, we offer repair services to restore your piece to its former glory.
Items should be shipped to our premises in Jeffreys Bay, EC, South Africa. Contact us at email@example.com to request a quote for repairs prior to shipping the item. As with returns or refunds, we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to S&S Co.
